Principal and Account Director

Mike Hallaron provides executive leadership and client services support to the accounts and creative teams. As leader of a small agency since 2003 he is directly involved with client strategy and helps craft many aspects of creative work. With a long sales background that includes financial services, print advertising and telecom Mike is a member of Second Wind Advertising Agency consultancy, the American Marketing Association, American Advertising Federation and local community organizations.

25+ years in advertising, marketing, publishing and web design. Entrepreneur, networker, strategic thinker and writer. Lover of Scotch, jazz, and cigars.

Creative Director

Kelley Cain manages the creative team in developing all client branding and advertising. With over 25 years in advertising, was previously the Creative Director of Santo Spirits and Principal / Creative Director of PB&J Advertising. Has extensive experience in product branding, collateral and package design, complete ad campaign concept and development, video production, website design, copy writing and trade show & event development.

Also loves scotch and jazz.

CFO / Director of Operations

Melissa Hallaron has more than 30 years of hands-on experience in accounting and finance roles with both large and mid-size organizations like Aggreko, Compaq/Hewlett-Packard, Westinghouse Electric, and Goodman Manufacturing. She has a MBA in Finance and BS in Economics and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Melissa’s specialization is in internal controls and operational process efficiencies within our company as well as consulting with our clients to meet their goals.

Business Development Director

An experienced sales and service professional with a demonstrated history of performance in the marketing and advertising industries. Doug worked in TV and digital media sales at Comcast Spotlight for 13+ years. He is skilled in strategy, media buying, account management, digital marketing, sports sponsorships and social media. Doug has managed partnerships with client brands such as Miller Brewing, Pepsi, Budweiser, United Airlines, Caesars Entertainment, and Spec’s Liquor.

Carla manages web site development / design and client service support. She possesses over 25 years experience in web design, systems analysis, graphic design and instructional design, including 10+ years with Hewlett-Packard designing and implementing intranet websites and business systems.

Media Coordinator

Sonya Fields is an experienced manager specializing in client relations, sales, marketing, and account management. She manages digital advertising and other media campaign planning for the agency. In her career, Sonya has worked in the dentistry, event planning, and commercial property management/security sectors.

In her free time, Sonya likes food and wine and travels far and wide with her husband Michael.

Emily is an enthusiastic content writer, with a love for writing and creativity. She finds ways to share the client’s personality in business writing whether for social media, websites, or a press release. Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University with a BA in English and a minor in Creative Writing.

Emily, a native Texan, loves to spend her free time with her cat Obi and watch movies, or find new bars/restaurants to visit.
